ODDB is a not-for-profit, non-political, non-denominational, non-governmental organisation set up by young Beninese people who are convinced that there can be no sustainable development without the involvement and empowerment of local communities in the management of natural resources. Their activities focus on the forests that are home to Benin's threatened primate species, which are used as «umbrella» species in their biodiversity conservation programmes with local populations.

Burkina Faso

A2M (formerly AGCEG) is a Burkina Faso association set up in 2003. Historically A2M worked extensively in ecotourism in the Sahel. Because of the war in Mali and its extension to Bukina Faso, A2M works to reintegrate internally displaced people and is involved in sustainable organic farming in the Ouagadogou region as well as protecting the Nazinga in the south of the country.

Colombia

Colombia is currently the 4th country in the world most affected by deforestation and the 2nd richest in biodiversity on the planet. The association Impulso Verde Kuaspue Colombia was born out of a desire to contribute to reforestation and the protection of biodiversity. This action takes on its full meaning when it is carried out alongside rural and indigenous communities who are the true guardians of the ecosystems on which most of humanity depends. Impulso Verde Kuaspue Colombia is working to save the paramos in the department of Narino as well as the protection of the Farallones de Cali.

Indonesia

Naturevolution is an environmental association that works to protect biodiversity, improve knowledge of living organisms and change individual and collective behaviour in favour of nature, all of which are necessary for the well-being of humanity. Naturevolution focuses in particular on exceptional natural areas that are particularly rich in species and largely unknown because they are extremely difficult to access. Visit Indonesia, Naturevolution works to protect Konawe karsts.

Partner organisations

HUMY works in collaboration with other partner organisations to maximise its development and increase the chances of success of the projects it supports in the field. If you think your organisation could develop a partnership with us, please contact us by email : contact@humy.org

All4Trees

Faced with the urgency of deforestation, citizens and civil society organisations must mobilise to preserve and restore forest ecosystems. Together, we will be stronger to rise to the challenge. The association all4trees has set itself the task of uniting all the players and citizens around this cause.

Net Positive Impact

Net Positive Impact is a programme that helps to highlight synergies with positive environmental and social impacts. The involvement of southern NGOs, women and SMEs represents crucial opportunities for the global environment and climate. Development actions must support nature conservation. They can be both sustainable and attractive.

1% for the planet

Created in 2002 on the initiative of Yvon Chouinard (Creator of Patagonia), 1 % for the planet encourages companies to donate 1 % of their sales to environmental organisations around the world. In return, the member companies of this growing group see not only their pride grow in good conscience, but also their net worth. HUMY is a beneficiary of 1% for the planet.

The European Raid Guild

The Guild brings together people committed to surpassing themselves, serving others and exploring the world. It supports international volunteers, solidarity entrepreneurs, daring surveyors and all those who pursue the desire for a great and beautiful existence. Humy benefits from the support of La Guilde for its international volunteers.
