In order to implement Humy's actions as defined by the Board of Directors, a team of passionate employees puts a lot of energy into them every day.

Passionate about protecting biodiversity, Jean-Marc co-created HUMY. He brings his energy and vision of ecosystem conservation to the organisation. He loves biodiversity and marvels at Nature. Jean-Marc is also very interested in the heritage of traditional cultures.
Fascinated by nature since childhood, Vincent turned his passion into a profession by following a training course in environmental protection. Now an ecologist specialising in ornithology, he is also a photographer.
He believes that it is impossible to separate humanitarian action from the preservation of nature. That's why he joined HUMY and brings with him expertise in «ecosystem conservation and assessment».

A professional photographer, Thomas has travelled extensively and quickly became interested in the ethnic minorities he photographed. By approaching them and living alongside them, he became interested in their way of life, which is interdependent with nature. Sensitive to the need to protect the environment and the living conditions of isolated populations, he became involved with NGOs working to protect them and the nature that surrounds them, and joined HUMY, of which he is now President.
A volunteer since 2019, Apolline is currently co-responsible for art-related events at Humy. She has a master's degree in audiovisual production and events, and works as a production manager for an independent company, lending her project management and communication skills to the association. With her love of nature and her sensitivity to the environmental and human causes supported by Humy, she was keen to join its board of directors.

Sophie has over fifteen years' experience in designing, managing and monitoring strategies, communication campaigns and advocacy in the field of international solidarity. She currently works for Friends of the Global Fund Europe, an advocacy association for global health, and has worked for Coalition PLUS, an alliance of community associations fighting AIDS, and Survival International (France), a global movement for the rights of indigenous peoples, a cause that is particularly close to her heart.
William is committed to environmental issues and animal protection. Sensitive to concrete actions to preserve biodiversity, he discovered Humy in 2023 and had the opportunity to travel to Benin to observe the field projects carried out by the association. Convinced of the importance of a long-term commitment, he naturally joined the Board of Directors. As a web developer, he helps the association to improve its digital projects.

Monique is an architect, urban planner and sociologist with a long-standing interest in cultural diversity. For the last twenty years or so, she has been working to take account of cultural identities in the field of housing and development, with an operational focus. It is in this context that she has produced a number of landmark works in the French overseas territories, some of which have been published by UNESCO and L'Harmattan.
